The financial strain added to my emotional turmoil. Due to the settlement deadlines close and he did not able to make an re appointment with the seller, therefore, I have had to requested a refund and decided to terminate our agreement, he responded with a condescending tone and threatened to provide only a partial refund, deepening my feelings of frustration and hopelessness. What's worse, Mr. Mao's decision to block my Facebook messages left me feeling helpless and depressed. It was as if he was adding insult to injury, making an already distressing situation even more unbearable. In conclusion, my experience with SPAX Architecture and Joseph Mao was an absolute time-wasting nightmare, filled with stress, anxiety, frustration, and depression. I paid for services I never received, and Mr. Mao's inability to fulfill his obligations left me and my wife emotionally drained. As consumers, we expect professionalism and competence, especially from someone claiming to be an architect. In this case, Mr. Mao's services did not align with his promises.
